Sushi is one of those dishes that’s best left to the pros—which is why on Saturday, October 5th and Tuesday, October 22nd, Fat Baby is hosting sushi-making classes that’ll have you making maki with the best of ‘em. You’ll learn it all, from rice prep to knife skills, and enjoy snacks and a complimentary cocktail while you roll.
