There are just a few tickets left for a very cool sake lunch at Tasting Counter on Thursday, November 17th. Todd Bellomy from Farthest Star Sake in Medfield will be joining chef Peter Ungár for a special three-course tasting menu featuring sips from New England’s only sake brewery (and one of fewer than 50 outside of Japan).

Bellomy, a Boston Beer Co. alum and avid homebrewer, opened Farthest Star in 2022 and is bringing his two varieties of sake: In A Strange Land, a filtered medium-dry style, and Mountains on the Moon, an unfiltered sweet style. Grab a reservation here and head to Somerville for a 1:00pm start. Reservations are limited to four people per party as there is very limited space (it’s literally one big counter).
