Farm+Vine Dinner at The Inn at Hastings Park

Inn At Hastings Park

Get out of the city and take a trip to Lexington to celebrate local farms with the Inn at Hastings Park‘s Farm + Vine summer dinner series at Town Meeting Bistro. Executive chef Jordan Bailey has put together a line-up that highlights peak-season produce from Massachusetts farms, matched perfectly with specialty wines from around the world.

This year’s inaugural dinner, scheduled for Thursday, July 8th, features flavors of the season in dishes like Codman Farms green salad with shaved veggies, green goddess dressing and crispy bread (paired with Zulal, Voskehat, Vayots Dzor, 2019); confit pork shoulder and belly with slow braised greens, white beans, carrots, olives, chillies and chopped egg (paired with Zulal, Areni, Vayots Dzor, 2018); and buttermilk panna cotta with currant preserves and candied pistachios (paired with Keush, Blanc de Blancs, 2013 & Créme de Cassis).

Take a peek at the upcoming dates and featured grower below and reserve your tickets online ($95 per person not including gratuity) for the first dinner, then just keep an eye out for details about upcoming dinners.
