Farm-to-Fork Fundraiser

For Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro’s next Farm-to-Fork dinner, chef Benjamin Lacy welcomes back his friends from Medway Community Farm for an end-of-the-season fundraiser. The community farm will be bringing the fresh ingredients, Lacy will be doing the cooking and the folks from Peak Organic and Martignetti’s will be donating the beer and wine, respectively. Make the trek to Foxboro on Monday, August 19th to see how it all comes together in one three-course, family style menu. Proceeds from each $100 ticket will be donated to the farm, which provides educational opportunities and volunteer experiences in addition to fresh local produce.
