The Sogno Italian team can just sense how much you want to go wine tasting in Italy right now, which is why they’re hosting a Famiglia Zingarelli Winery dinner in Woburn on Monday, September 16th. Check out the menu below for a sneak peek of plates paired with wines from the Zingarelli family, who have been making wine in Tuscany for three generations. The night kicks off at 6:00pm with Scallops Crudo with Citrus Vinaigrette, Fresno Peppers, Lemongrass & Basil paired with Famiglia Zingarelli Vernaccia, and just gets better and better with courses of monkfish, braised oxtail, ribeye cap, and a layered chocolate cake for dessert.

Vino expert Scott Gayman of Taub Family Selections will be making the rounds through the dining room throughout the evening to share some facts about each vintage, the history of the vineyards, and the winemaking process, so bring a thirst for knowledge along with your appetite.
