On Saturday, November 7th, travel around the world in only three hours when the Boston Event Guide hosts their Fall Wine Fest 2009 at Vinailia Restaurant & Lounge. This wine and food tasting event will feature the cuisine and wines of some of the planet’s most delicious countries like a Chianti Vignamaggio “Terre di Prenzano” from Tuscany paired with penne pasta and homemade Bolognese sauce; or South African Pinotage Wildekrans paired with Boerewors braii sausage with roasted peppers and onions. To sweeten the deal, all guests will automatically be entered to win tickets to the chef’s tasting party at Vinalia and tickets to the New Year’s Eve Resolution Ball. Tickets to the event, which runs from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, range in price from $119 for general admission to $159 for VIP (which also grants you reserved seating for the evening at tables of four). If you aren’t quite ready to go home when the clock strikes 10:30pm, head over to the after party and dance the night away (at least until 2:00am).
