UpStairs on the Square’s Beverage Director Shane Lessard has set up a special Fall Scotch Dinner with the folks from M.S. Walker and William Grant & Son, the importers of Balvanie Scotch. On Monday, October 20th sixteen guests will meet in the Zebra Room at 6:30pm for a dinner of baby red oak leaf lettuce salad, warm Vermont chevre and muscat soaked golden raisins; prime ribeye steak, roasted fingerling potatoes with fried herbs and parsley vinaigrette; and autumn crisp. After dessert guests will be able to sample the wonderful scotches and hear a little commentary from Jeffery Livingstone of William Grant & Son.
