Fall Fitness Classes at The Liberty

If you’ve been waiting for the weather to cool down a bit to take another outdoor fitness class, you might want to check out the next round of classes at The Liberty. The hotel has partnered with Equinox for another series of Wellness Saturday classes from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Wind down after a busy work week with a complimentary class from some of Equinox’s top instructors. In September and October, fitness enthusiasts can choose from either a Vinyasa Yoga or Mat Pilates class (or both, if you’re really up for it!). Once you’re nice and sweaty, head to CLINK. for a post-workout brunch with bubbles. Sign up here, then grab a friend and your yoga mat and hit one of the classes listed below.

September & October Schedule (10:00-11:00am):

  • Saturday, September 10th – Vinyasa Yoga (Instructor: Jessica Lopez)
  • Saturday, September 24th – Mat Pilates (Instructor: Olivia Florence)
  • Saturday, October 8th – Mat Pilates (Instructor: Susan Connelly)
  • Saturday, October 22nd – Vinyasa Yoga (Instructor: Brenna Oliver)
