Fall Cooking Classes from the Elephant Walk

Add some spice, and some French-Cambodian flair, to your cooking repertoire with some help from Nyep and Nadsa de Montiero. The mother daughter duo regularly host classes that’ll walk you through all sorts of culinary secrets from the Elephant Walk menu – fusion cuisine, Cambodian curries or quick and easy stir-fry recipes, for example. Classes, which are generally hands-on, run from 10:30am until 1:30pm on select Saturdays and include a lunch of dishes from the day’s lesson. Scroll through some of the offerings listed below to see what kind of subjects they’ll be tackling this fall.
