The fall semester is well under way at Pagu, where James Beard Award semi-finalist chef Tracy Chang and her team have added a slew of new tutorials to the calendar for October. Consult the schedule below and prepare to spend an upcoming Saturday or Sunday afternoon learning the ins and outs of topics like hand-pulled noodles, dim sum & dumplings, sushi & handrolls, tapas and, new this season, mochi & mooncakes!
Classes are generally held from 12:00-2:00pm (unless otherwise noted) and cost $119 per person (except for the Mochi & Mooncakes class which is $80 per person). You can just click through online here to reserve your seat. Each session is capped at 15 students per class so you’ll have plenty of face time with Chang to ask questions, and you don’t need any prior cooking experience to attend. And of course, there’ll be plenty of good eats to try and take home.
If you have any Qs you can give them a ring at 617.945.9290 or if you want to chat about planning a private or corporate class (they offer those, too!) shoot them an email for more info. In the meantime, keep an eye on their IG for updates on upcoming tutorials and fun educational sessions.
