On Thursday, March 8th, grab your fairy godmother, Prince Charming, or favorite woodland creatures and get to the Boston Center for Adult Education’s annual fundraiser, Chew on This. Some of Boston’s best chefs have lined up to offer magical munchies inspired by their favorite fables. Look for talent from Myers+Chang, Bambara, Little Donkey, Coppa and Toro, Puritan & Co., Townsman, Bar Mezzana, Oak+Rowan, Uni, SRV and the Area Four and A4cade family. There will be buckets of silent auction items available for bidding and a live auction led by Billy Costa and Jenny Johnson. All proceeds benefit the the Jordan S. Ruboy, M.D. Scholarship Fund and the BCAE, an 85 year-young local nonprofit teaching and enriching 10,000 students annually. General admission opens at 6:45pm, with a VIP reception starting at 5:30pm. Tickets run from $90 to $145, and are available by calling the BCAE at 617.267.4430 or online.
