It’s a week of goodbyes for Fairsted Kitchen, who will be re-opening as Grassona’s Italian in the new year. From Wednesday, December 27th through Sunday, December 31st, visit the Brookline location for a series of farewell events. They’re hosting a Jack’s Abby Beer Dinner on the 27th, paying tribute to the Framingham brewery who provided the restaurant with draft beer. See the menu here, and find more details on Facebook.

If you come the 28th through 30th, you may see some familiar faces — they’re welcoming back former bartenders from throughout the years to serve fan-favorite cocktails.
