A little rain or cold can make outdoor dining a real drag, so on Friday, October 20th, the Fairmont Copley Plaza is taking the guesswork out of the forecast with the Fairmont Food Fest, featuring lawn games, picnic tables, and food truck-inspired dining from Executive Chef Laurent Poulain. Enjoy gourmet hot dogs, ramen, and tacos while you toss a bean-bag with one hand and keep the other free for a beer from Night Shift Brewing or wine from Ghost Pines Vineyard, all from the comfort of the great indoors at the Fairmont.
