Explore South American Wines in the Yard at Clink

Gilt City

Travel to South America (without digging out your passport) at the next installment of Clink.’s al fresco Summer Dinner Series on Thursday, August 12th. Executive Chef Daniel Kenney has designed a four-course meal to pair with rosé, Malbec, Carménère, and sparkling wines from Argentina and Chile.

Start your culinary journey with a foie gras taco followed by herb roasted lamb loin with celery root and petite roots salad and pepper crusted aged beef sirloin with duck fat potatoes and mushrooms. Just be sure to save room for end-of-the-meal sweets like salt roasted peaches and cream.

The night starts at 6:30pm and tickets are $133 each (including tax, tip and processing fees). The dinner is rain or shine (they’ll move the party indoors in the case of inclement weather). Take a look at the full prix fixe (and pairings) below and get your tickets online here before they’re all snapped up.
