Get to know the wines of Savennieres, the small but mighty region in the Loire, with some guidance from chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert, the small but mighty team at Forage in Cambridge. On Tuesday, January 18th, the pair will be taking guests on a tasting tour of five small-batch wines from the area paired with either of two menus (one for omnivores and one for vegetarians). You can book a table in the dining room or out on their patio (there are blankets and two heaters per table to keep you from getting chilly) or place an order for take-out to have your wine dinner at home. The dinner (and accompanying wines) costs $105 per person for on-site dining or $180 for two as a take-out meal.
