Some of the best dinners are made of simple, fresh, unfussy ingredients, good conversation, and a glass or two of food-friendly wine. If that sounds like the perfect night to you, head to Buttercup in Natick on Wednesday, December 7th at 6:30pm for a three-course dinner paired with wines (Cava, Valdebaró Blanco, Primeur, Mazuelo, Graciano and Rioja reserva) from Spain.

Spain straddles the line between new and old world winemaking, which means there’ll be plenty to pair with chef Dora Tavel Sanchez Luz’s locally-sourced, ingredient-driven menu for the evening which will include goodies like white bean and chorizo stew, cod fish in riojan tomato sauce and lamb shank with papas bravas. Dinner costs $85 per person and you can make a reservation here. If you have any Qs give them a call at 508.545.1506, or drop them an email here.
