Explore Partida Creus Wines

Forage Instagram

If a couple days cooped up inside has you primed for a night out, book a table at Forage’s weekly wine dinner on Tuesday, February 1st to taste your way through wines from Partida Creus. Wine guru Stan Hilbert will be sharing his collection of bottles from winemakers Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerona, an Italian couple from Piedmont who settled in Baix Penedès (a northeastern region in Spain characterized by its clay and limestone soils) and started making wine with local grape varietals (and the help of a donkey named Orazio and a horse named Vincenza). Chef Eric Cooper will be plating a four-course menu (available in omnivore-, vegetarian-, pescatarian- and vegan-friendly versions) to match. Join them at the restaurant (indoors or out on their heated patio) for $95 per person or, if you’ve gotten used to this whole staying in thing, you can order your meal online for pick-up for $150 for a meal for two. See what all the fuss is about – have a look at the menu and pairings below, then book your table or place your order asap.
