On Tuesday, May 22nd, Babbo Pizzeria e Enoteca invites you to come along on a flight through Friuli. They’ve invited vintner Mattia Scarbolo to give you a tasting tour of his corner of Northeastern Italy, and chef Mario LaPosta will be cooking up a Friulian-inspired menu to pair with the wines. You’ll taste native and international varietals as Mattia showcases the taste and personality of his homeland with pairings like Pinot Grigio with baked local clams and Scarbolo Merlot with roasted guinea hen.
