Explore Etude Wines

Take a spin out to Plymouth for dinner at Mirbeau, where chef Stephen Coe and sommelier Errol Joseph will be entertaining their friends from Etude Wines. On Thursday, April 13th, Napa Valley winemaker Jon Priest will be bringing a bunch of his signature bottles – classic white and red varietals – to pair with Coe’s five-course menu. Get there by 6:30pm to enjoy the pre-dinner reception (there’ll be crispy sweetbreads and warm triple brie crostini) before sitting down to a luxurious dinner (which includes butter-poached local oysters and torchon of foie gras). The meal itself is $140 per person (not including tax or gratuity) but you can make a mini mid-week escape of it and reserve a room at a special discounted rate, too. Call 877.647.2328 for reservations.
