Did you know that ​​every second 20 bottles of Bordeaux wine are sold around the world? This OG winemaking region of France has been growing grapes for 2,000 years and is home to some of the most iconic names in winemaking (think: Lafite, Latour and Margaux). If you’d like to learn the difference between the Left Bank and the Right Bank, and lots more facts about Bordeaux blending, aging and estates, grab tickets for a fun five-course Bordeaux wine dinner at Rochambeau in the Back Bay on Tuesday, February 28th at 6:30pm.

Tickets are $105 each (plus a small administrative fee), and includes all your food and wine pairings, like Chicken Skin Wrapped Monkfish with flageolet beans, savoy cabbage and smoked bacon jus paired with Chateau Auney L’Hermitage Bordeaux blanc, Graves 2018 (check out the full menu below).
