Explore Alsatian Pours at Forage

APICHART VONGPAKAYMAS/SHUTTERSTOCK

Your friends at Forage are off to Alsace on Tuesday, December 14th. Join chef Eric Cooper and sommelier/co-owner Stan Hilbert for an evening exploring wines from the legendary wine-making region on the border of Germany and France. The evening’s two menus (one for omnivores and one for herbivores) are both available for dine-in and take-out so you can partake wherever you’re most comfortable. The dinner and selected pairings cost $90 per person for dinner in the dining room or $140 for dinner for two to-go (before tax and tip). Reserve a table or place your order for pick-up and get ready for a Tuesday night trip to France.
