Starting at 10:00pm, chef Eric Brennan will be sending out complimentary passed hors d’oeuvres while his bartenders busy themselves pouring classic cocktails at retro prices. Just hand over a fiver and they’ll pour you one of their signature drinks like the Timeless Modern (Makers Mark with maraschino, bitters, a splash of grenadine and fresh citrus) or a Bajito (Bacardi Rum muddled with fresh lime, mint and basil).
