Despite what’s going on in Westeros (no spoilers!), winter is over, and EVOO is celebrating on Friday, May 10th, with their Spring Thing 2019. Chef Peter McCarthy is digging up four fresh-as-a-daisy courses from the garden, paired with four perfect pours from Beverage Director Dan Harrington.
