The Eventide Oyster Co. team is taking to the open road and heading for Canton, bringing a curated menu of their signature eats to Trillium’s Summer Kitchen. Reservations are required for the one-day-only pop-up, scheduled for Wednesday, August 5th, so reserve your spot and hit the road to have your fill of lobster rolls, crab tostadas, oysters and tuna tartare.
