Spring may be just around the corner but for those last few chilly Sunday nights, you can warm up at Evenfall’s Roasting Hot Sundays. For dinner, from 4:30-7:30pm, chef Scott Pelletier will be serving up a family-style meal of two roasted meats, three side dishes and a salad for $18.95 per adult and $10 per child. Sunday, March 2nd
Meats: Roast stuffed leg of lamb with caramelized red onions, spinach, feta, sherry demi; and roasted chicken with thyme and rosemary, preserved lemon, and parmesan butter.
Sides: Garlic confit sautéed Portobello mushrooms; chive whipped Yukon gold potatoes; and slow roasted butternut squash.
Salad: Mixed greens with pickled kumquats and orange vinaigrette.
Sunday, March 9th
Meats: Orange glazed ham with golden raisin sauce; and hearty beef pot roast.
Sides: Rosemary roasted baby red potatoes; garlic braised broccoli rabe; and glazed carrots with cider honey.
Salad: Baby greens salad with marinated cranberries and golden raisins, balsamic vinaigrette.
Sunday, March 16th
Meats: Roast stuffed veal with fig, pinenuts, fontina and roast garlic with port wine sauce; and rosemary roast turkey breast with corn bread stuffing.
Sides: Thyme roasted parsnips; olive oil and garlic braised Swiss chard; and maple mashed sweet potatoes.
