Every Wednesday the folks at Aujourd’hui aim to give you an evening of culinary delights you’re not likely to forget. For these Epicurean Evenings, chef de cuisine William Kovel will prepare a light and delicious three-course meal while sommelier Jason Irving ensures that you get three equally perfect wines to pair alongside it. Executive pastry chef Tim Fonseca will also be baking away just in case you’d like to purchase a little sweet from the a la carte menu après diner. Each evening, which begins at 6:30pm and costs $55 per person, has a different theme, so peruse the list below and choose one (or more) to attend – call 617.351.2037 to reserve a spot.
