Award-winning Aujourd’hui at Four Seasons Hotel Boston celebrates their recently renovated bar with a weekly tasting event series that combines the skills of chef de cuisine Jérôme Legras and wine director Ted Davidson. Epicurean Evenings, as they’re called, will be held every Tuesday at 6:00pm and will give guests a chance to enjoy three light courses constructed around a theme, region or grape variety. Each event costs $35 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Both Davidson and Legras will be on hand to answer any questions and elaborate on the pairings.
