The team at Clink is breaking out the bubbly — the Taittinger, no lessfor the next event in their on-going al fresco Summer Dinner Series on Thursday, July 22nd. Grab your tickets and spend the evening sipping flutes of champagne out in the super cute and supremely chic private courtyard at The Liberty Hotel. Executive Chef Daniel Kenney has designed a four-course meal to pair perfectly with each effervescent sip starting with delicately poached salmon on toast, hand cut ricotta gnocchi with Prosciutto di Parma, roasted Cape Cod striped bass with tomatoes and sweet corn, and finishing with a summer classic — mascarpone and strawberry cheesecake. Tickets are $133 each (including tax and gratuity but not processing fees) for the 6:30pm dinner.
