Roll up your sleeves and tie on your aprons because Encore Boston Harbor — yes, it’s more than a casino! — has two Master Classes coming soon to their January line-up. First up on Thursday, January 16th is an intro course to dumpling making, courtesy of Red 8 Executive Chef Ivan Yuen and dim sum Executive Chef Andy Song. Together, they’ll walk you through how make the best darn dumplings you can imagine, from wontons to wrappers. Tickets are $85 each, and class runs from 7:00 to 9:00pm.
If game day grub is more your thing, then mark your calendar for Sunday, January 19th to learn how to create the perfect at-home tailgate from On Deck Burger Bar Executive Chef Jackie Bullio. She’ll teach you all about finger foods before you kick back, relax with some football and chow down on a big ol’ feast. The workshop, which is 21+ only, runs from noon to 2:00pm and costs $65 per person.
