On Tuesday, October 3rd chef Charlie Foster & Co. will be hosting the folks from Emilio Moro, one of the oldest wineries in Ribera del Duero, Spain where they’re known for their Tinto Fino wines. You’ll get to try some hand picked selections from their portfolio at this multi-course meal, which starts at 6:00pm and includes dishes like Monkfish Cheek Suquet, Risotto and Leg of Lamb.
