On Wednesday, September 10th at 6:00pm chef Bill Flumerfelt will welcome former colleagues from his days at Verrill Farm into the kitchen at the recently opened Elements in Arlington for a summer harvest farm dinner. The four-course dinner will emphasize produce from the farm, the area’s largest and most respected family farm. The menu includes: roasted Wellfleet littlenecks with cherry tomato, basil, garlic, crostini; puree of corn with lobster Americaine; grilled beef tenderloin with roasted farm potatoes and salad of butter lettuces in a mustardy vinaigrette and wildflower honey cake with fresh figs and melon.
