Twice during the month of May, the team from Edible Boston and the folks from Brothers Marketplace are working together to host DIY workshops on how to make your own breakfast sausage. Cooking up this morning staple may sound super intimidating, but all you need is some ground pork, your pick of spices and a hot griddle (no scary tools or equipment, here).
Drop by Brothers Marketplace Medfield on Thursday, May 9th from 4:00 to 6:00pm or Brothers Marketplace Waltham on Tuesday, May 14th from 5:00 to 7:00pm to learn the simple steps for fabulous homemade sausage. You’ll be able to taste samples from Edible’s own recipe developers and put together a seasoning packet to take home. Use your newly acquired know-how and the recipe card you snag (they’re sharing their secrets with you, in print!) to wow your friends and family the next time you host a brunch get-together (or Mom, come Sunday, May 12th).
