Edible Art is Moving on Up

In celebration of a dozen years and more than a million dollars raised, Edible Art heads to the Skywalk at the Top of the Hub. The festive evening, which in recent years has been held at Shreve Crump & Low, features Boston’s leading chefs and restaurants using their culinary creativity to interpret their favorite works of art using food as their medium. On Thursday, April 28th, Victoria von Biel of Bon Appetit, Annie Copps of Boston Magazine and Paul Master-Karnik of the DeCordova Museum will be on hand to judge entries from chefs from the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, blu, Bonfire, Chez Henri, Henrietta’s Table, Jer-ne, Le Soir, Spire and The Fireplace. Tickets for the event cost $125 per person and benefit the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. Guests can also enjoy vintage wines from around the world, a silent auction and interactive art from the Art Institute of Boston. Call 617.267.8862 to reserve your tickets.
