If you’ve stepped foot inside Eataly Boston, you know it can be an overwhelming (albeit exciting!) place. Now’s your chance to be guided through the market by a pro, and get the insider’s look at how the entire operation runs. On Thursday, September 13th, from 10:30 to 11:30am, you’ll get the chance to chat with cheesemongers, butchers and sommeliers about their work and learn their secrets for putting together delicious Italian meals. And if hangin’ with the experts wasn’t enough, you’ll also get to sample a fair share of tasty goodies like fresh mozzarella, focaccia, house-made potato chips and gelato. Tickets are $25 each (not including a tiny processing fee) and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Women’s Lunch Place, a Back Bay nonprofit (just down the street from Eataly) that provides meals, medical care and other basic necessities to women struggling with domestic violence, addiction, mental illness and homelessness.
