Call it a reverse British Invasion – on Friday, May 20th and Saturday, May 21st the Eat duo will unleash their pop up skills on foreign soil. Aaron Cohen of EatBoston fame and Will Gilson of Garden at the Cellar will once again create a restaurant where once there was none – this time setting up shop at the British Consulate-General in Kendall Square. The menu will pay homage to our friends across the pond, with inventive plays on fish and chips, English breakfast and sticky toffee pudding. Tickets, which are available through the Eat website, are $70 each which covers the five course dinner, cocktail hour, paired beers and the musical stylings of A Far Cry. The English fun starts at 6:30pm – don’t miss out.
