Eat All the Corn & Tomatoes

Pumpkin spice is right around the corner, New Englanders, so now’s the time to eat as many tomatoes and ears of corn as possible. You can get your fill at Forage in Cambridge on Tuesday, August 6th when chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert ceberate the height of the region’s growing season with a Corn, Tomato, and Rosé dinner. You will not want to miss pairings like Cheesy Creamed Corn with Blistered Cherry Tomato & Poblano Peppers matched with 2022 Prokupac, “Doodle Rose” Aleksandar Torovic, Serbia; or Tomato Stuffed Rainbow Trout with Bacon Mayo, Crispy Corn, Sunflower Shoots with NV Fortana, “Set e Mez,” Mirco Mariotti, Emilia, and you can check out the entire menu below.

Dinner costs $120 per person and you can make reservations here between 5:00 and 8:45pm. There’s no such thing as too much rosé, especially in August, so be sure to stock your cellar to get through the last few weeks of summer by taking a few bottles home after dinner at retail prices.
