Celebrate the end of the school year or the arrival of summer at UpStairs on the Square on Wednesday, June 2nd when chef Susie Regis and wine director Shane Lessard take a closer look at champagnes. Lessard will highlight some favorites, like Pol Roger and Veuve Clicquot, in this upcoming installment of UpStairs’ ever-popular Wine Wednesday series. He’ll also be introducing some boutique “grower” champagnes that have been getting a little extra attention lately. For her part Regis will be whipping up some yummy little tastes to go along with the champagne. The event starts at 6:30pm and costs $50 per person.
