Celebrate the end of January by clinking glasses at CLINK’s first wine dinner of the year on Friday, January 28th. Chef Daniel Kenney has artfully crafted a delightful four-course meal to pair with wines from Napa Valley’s renowned Duckhorn Vineyard. The evening starts at 6:30pm with Duckhorn Vineyards Chardonnay paired with passed petite Hudson Valley camembert and green apple grilled cheeses, followed by deliciousness like crispy salmon and leek confit, venison loin with cider-braised Macomber turnips and finishing off with double chocolate brownies with Canvasback cabernet ice cream.
