Duck Confit for a Steal

Satisfy your duck confit craving at 80 Thoreau this week. Carolyn Johnson’s Concord restaurant is offering the tasty (and tres francais) preparation as part of a two-course prix fixe. Preceded by a plate of smoked bluefish pate and paired with a glass of red, Johnson’s duck comes with a pumpkin risotto cake, pecorino and aged balsamic.
