Drumlin Farm Comes to Cambridge

Chef Brian Miller doesn’t hide his love for Drumlin Farm; their produce regularly finds its way onto the menu at Hops Test Kitchen. On Sunday, August 27th, he’ll be taking his appreciation for the farm to the next level with a whopping eight-course Farm to Table Dinner built around Drumlin’s incredible produce. Look for dishes like squash blossoms with tempura, ricotta and sable, tomatoes and clams with creme fraiche, as well as carrots and rabbit with lemon, gnocchi and pumpernickel.
