You can get some of chef Jamie Bissonnette’s award-winning grub even if you don’t have a reservation at Toro, Coppa or Little Donkey. He’ll be the featured guest chef at Drink’s next Tiki Sunday Takeover on June 9th, serving up tropically-inspired dishes: pineapple & chicken skewers with maggi mayo, uni rang goonies with duck sauce, kung pao spam n’ rice, avocado poke with honey matouks and beef tartar scoop bon bons with furikake egg yolk.
The bar team will be shaking up classic tiki cocktails to pair with Bissonnette’s plates and as always, no reservations are accepted and no tickets are required. Come on the early side, beginning at 4:00pm, for the first the best chance at a seat (it’s first come, first served) and end your weekend with some of the boldest flavors around Boston.
