Get cool for the summer with Jackson Cannon on Saturday, August 17th. The legendary drinks master behind the cocktail programs at Eastern Standard and Equal Measure will be holding a spirited lecture from 3:00 to 4:30pm to show you all the ins and outs of making this summer’s “it” drinks. Grab tickets here and you’ll learn a variety of tips and techniques like infusing spirits with fresh summer berries and “fat washing” to clarify and add flavor. Naturally you’ll also get to do a lot of sipping, and by the end you’ll have mastered three seasonal cocktails (Blueberry Thrill, The Fresh Business, and Gracias Gazpacho) to keep in your back pocket should a late summer patio party pop up.

The class costs $115 per person and includes three cocktails plus some tasty snacks from the ES kitchen.
