Spirits specialist Dave Broom turns to the rum barrel for his latest book, Rum: The Manual, and on Thursday, April 20th, he’ll be at Drink for a tasting and class. From 5:30-8:00pm, the liquor writer will be guiding guests through the rum world – from history to production to cocktail preparation. (His latest tome covers over 100 specific rums with info and tasting notes on the complex beverage.)
