Drink Beer & Do Good at Ales for ALS

Some of Boston’s best home brewers will go head to head in pursuit homebrew supremacy in the Ales for ALS: Homebrew Competition on Saturday, July 26th – and all you have to do it show up and drink beer. From 12:00-4:00pm, sip your way through some amazing homebrewed and local beers and eat delicious food provided by the likes of Amelia’s Trattoria and Iggy’s Bread while you watch the competitors duke it out. A panel of experienced professional and amateur brewers will be on hand to judge the competition and assess who’s suds are tops. Proceeds from this event, which will be held in The Quad at 300 Technology Square in Cambridge, go towards the research efforts of the ALS Therapy Development Institute. General admission tickets cost $45 and VIP tickets (which come with a limited edition T shirt and glass) are available for $85. Reserve yours online here to do your part (which, we repeat, is to show up and drink beer).
