Chef Mark Allen welcomes guests to Le Soir on Friday, December 2nd for Dream Foods & Wines, another of his popular Monthly Wine Dinners. The five-course menu starts off with house-cured gravlax with shaved artichokes, fennel salad and black pepper-lemon vinaigrette followed by courses including lobster ravioli with butternut squash and vanilla bean-egg sauce; braised beef short ribs with potato-turnip gratin and Brussels sprouts and port jus and artisan cheese with honeycomb.
