Downtown Bistro Beer Dinner

On Wednesday, December 12th Lynn’s Downtown Bistro kicks off its monthly beer and wine dinner series by welcoming Harpoon brewer Ray Dobbins to pair some seasonal brews with a five-course menu from chef David Fitzgerald. The evening gets underway at 6:00pm with a UFO-fueled reception followed by dinner. Harppoon lovers won’t want to miss courses like beer-braised stuffed chicken wings with raspberry dressed tiny greens and a raspberry beer reduction glaze; and ale-simmered cassoulet of pork shoulder and cured bacon served de-constructed.
