The secret’s in the tzatziki and chef Brendan Pelley is sharing the Greek recipes at a Doretta Taverna cooking demo on Thursday, February 23rd. The evening gets started with a 6:00pm chef meet-and-greet accompanied by sparkling wine (from Greece, of course) and dollar oysters. At 6:30pm, Pelley will get cooking, demonstrating the steps for Doretta’s tzatziki, village salad and farro spanakorizo while guests sip on Greek wines like Assyrtiko and Xinomavro. Greek desserts and Vin Santo finish out the evening and attendees will go home with handy recipe cards to re-create the dishes on their own.
