On Sunday, March 11th, help put the ‘eat’ in ‘heat’ with the 2018 Dorchester Chili Cook-off. Keep yourself warm through the last days of winter by sampling Dorchester’s finest chilis, and help decide which cook will take home the People’s Choice award while a panel of chili experts decide the Best in Show. There will be live music from a New Orleans-style band as well as a DJ and games for the whole family. Individual tickets are $20, families of four get in for $30, and every chili vote is $1—all proceeds benefit the Dorchester Day Parade on Sunday, June 3rd, so you’ll be getting twice the bang for your celebratory buck.
