Grafton Street invites the Don – Don Julio, that is – to dinner on Thursday, May 4th. The pre-Cinco de Mayo sit-down showcases Mexican fare in five courses with cocktail accompaniments. Chef Adam Rockholt has dishes like grilled corn with cotija and chicken breast with cilantro crema to go with tequila concoctions by bar manager Morgan Carney. Don Julio reps will be on hand with spirit teachings and the whole menu (see below) is available for $45 per person. Dinner starts at 7:00pm—call 617.497.0400 for reservations.
