Chef Christos Tsardounis invites guests to join him at his barely-a-year-old Ariadne in Newton for a five-course dinner featuring Domaine Serene’s exceptional Oregon wines. On Tuesday, November 4th, Tsardounis and wife/wine director Kathleen Malloy will be pairing dishes like endive salad with pomegranates, almonds and oranges; grilled rack of lamb with artichokes, olives and fingerling potatoes; and chocolate Napoleon with some of Oregon’s highest rated wines.
